Tuuli signs with CIA Landlord Insurance Honda for 2018
Finnish rider makes the step over to Honda WorldSSP team
Following a strong debut season in the FIM Supersport World Championship, Niki Tuuli will be switching teams to join CIA Landlord Insurance Honda for 2018, as he continues to fight for the world title in the highly competitive class.
Spending the 2017 season beginning to full understand the championship, Tuuli stunning to take his debut victory in Round 11 at Magny-Cours and his talent continued to shine through. Joining the well established PTR squad next season, he will begin understanding the CBR600RR at circuits he is now familiar with. At just 22 years old, the Finnish rider already has a lot of experience behind him which he will no doubt bring to his new team.
“I'm really excited about joining the CIA Landlord Insurance Honda team,” begins Tuuli. “And I am also looking forward to the upcoming season. There are lot of new things coming ahead and I'm waiting eagerly our first test session so that we can start building our package. Honda is new bike for me, but I know the bike is great and the team also has a long history with Honda. I'm really confident that we can be a winning combination.
